My background in real estate is a unique one. I began my professional career
as an award winning graphic designer, having earned a degree in graphic design and product marketing.
I spent years working in retail and corporate design to brand not only products but individual businesses.
I learned that perceived value and how something is presented ultimately affects how it sells. I use this
understanding to market my homes, knowing that each property is unique. I prep, stage and personally
design marketing materials in a strategic way to ultimately get you top dollar for your property. Below are

Getting a home ready for market is my specialty. I work with you to create a list of pre-listing items to complete as well as any projects to do. I've established great connections with local trades, allowing me to project manage these upgrades in a timely and cost effective manner.

I learned long ago that photos are what buyers see first. The goal is to get a buyer in to your home, so how it's shot is highly important. I only use professional photographers and art direct each shoot, ensuring I get the photos that best show off the qualities of your home.

A key component to my marketing is promoting the lifestyle and locational aspects of your property. Drone photos allow me to achieve stunning exterior photos without daytime shadows as well as highlight surrounding area markers. This helps familiarize buyers with the nearby amenities and area.

One of my favorite aspects as a listing agent is creating print media for your home. I design your property brochures, mailers and amenity lists based on our conversations and my knowledge of the market, allowing buyers to learn the key take aways and upgrades for the property.

It's all about the details. Showcasing the layout of a home is an instrumental part of the selling process. Buyers often have very specific layout needs - providing them with a detailed floor plan ultimately removes any hurdles in their mind as to how your home will function for them. I ensure each home is professionally measured.

ONLINE PRESENCE

Exposure is the name of the game! I create a target online marketing presence including social media posts, email blasts to other area professionals and my contacts, syndication via third party listing sites as well as custom property tours on my website and partner sites.
