"Jenn Coleman is perfection!! My husband and I started exploring the idea of moving from California to Boise, and were referred to Jenn by a good friend who said she is a top-notch agent. That she is!! Moving to a state you’re unfamiliar with can be anxiety provoking and stressful, but our experience was truly a dream and that’s 100% because of Jenn. On our first trips out to explore she thoughtfully planned tours of the area-down to the grocery stores we’d frequent and restaurants we could look forward to enjoying, so we could truly get a feel for what living in Boise would be like. When we moved on to check out the different communities and homes I noted that she listened closely to what would be important to us in terms of lifestyle, and what we hoped to find in a home. While we toured Jenn shared extensive knowledge about the area, schools, and real estate market. She always had an answer for all of our questions! We never once felt pressured or like Jenn was trying to sell us on a home. Once we identified a home we wanted and went into escrow, she managed every aspect of the process without a single hiccup! She was responsive, and always made us feel like her top priority. My husband’s favorite things about Jenn are her perfectionism and her deep knowledge and experience with the construction and project management side of things. She knows someone in the trades who can help with every single thing you can think of, and they’re all great in terms of quality and performance. My favorite things about Jenn are her warmth, professionalism and experience. I felt comfortable with her and knew that we were in the very best of hands. I also love that she has great taste and awesome ideas, so she made a difference for us with things we chose to do to our new home…and of course she had contacts for all of those things as well! I take comfort in knowing that Jenn will be living in the same city, and my husband and I are both looking forward to sharing her info with anyone we come across who is in need of an agent!
